Part of the HEAVY DUTY range, this TF can lift 4.5 tonnes with a maximum lift height of 10.6 meters: this new concept can be customised according to operational needs and thanks an efficient 4.5L FPT engine it develops 170 hp (125kW), offering a maximum speed of 40 km/h. MODEL FEATURES The Eco Power Drive (EPD) and hydrostatic transmission automatically control and adjust the engine revolutions based on operating conditions. As a result, the engine speed is disconnected from the accelerator pedal. This technology achieves a reduction in fuel consumption of 18%. On this model the EPD TOP system is as standard and offers automatic RPM speed control in relation to joystick movements in order to increase hydraulic performance on demand. T range comes with standard Chassis Levelling: the tilt correction system integrated into the chassis, allows the operator to correct the lateral inclination by 8%; this permits the telescopic boom to be moved out perpendicularly to work in condition of maximum safety. The standard cab gives easy access, astounding space with great visibility: generous in dimensions, the cab is mounted on Silent Block, which drastically reduce vibrations, guaranteeing maximum comfort and visibility, whist the option of cab suspension provides a superior ride unique to Merlo. Heavy Duty versions are equipped as standard with full MCDC (Merlo Dynamic Load Control) coupled with a large 10.1” colour display and attachment recognition, showing machine’s geometric configuration, boom extension, angle and handled load. This model come standard with Pick up Hitch, Trailer Braking and Tractor Type Approval for your towing requirements. This CVT model is equipped as standard with Continuously Variable Transmission (CVTronic) which ensures a smooth and progressive acceleration 0-40km/h, without interruption for a gear change: this provides higher starting torque at low speeds, lower consumption and greater efficiency at high speeds.
